Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Because our work involves time, travel, planning, and digital delivery, all completed shoots and delivered content are non-refundable.

We always aim to deliver high-quality content, and if there is ever an issue, we will work with you to resolve it.

 

2. Deposits

If a deposit is required to secure a shoot date:

  • All deposits are non-refundable.

  • Deposits ensure the date and time are reserved exclusively for you.

If you need to reschedule, your deposit may be transferred to a new date once (subject to availability).

 

3. Content Shoots (2-Hour or Full-Day)

Refunds:

  • Refunds are not available once the shoot is completed or content has been delivered.

Cancellations:

  • Cancelling more than 48 hours before the shoot → no additional fee

  • Cancelling within 48 hours → 50% of the shoot fee may be charged

  • Cancelling on the day → full shoot fee may be charged

Rescheduling:

You may reschedule once without charge if you give reasonable notice.

 

4. Monthly Retainers

Retainer packages include:

  • Monthly content shoots

  • Ongoing support

  • Planning and social strategy

  • Priority editing

Refunds:

  • Retainer payments are non-refundable once the month has begun or planning work has started.

  • No partial refunds are given for unused services that month.

Cancellation:

You may cancel your retainer at the end of any billing cycle.
No cancellation fees.

 

5. Missed or Delayed Shoots

If a shoot cannot proceed because:

  • Vehicles were not ready

  • Access was not provided

  • The environment was not safe

  • You were unavailable

  • Conditions prevented filming

…this may count as a client cancellation and may be charged.

We will always try to reschedule where possible.

 

6. Bad Weather or Unforeseen Circumstances

If we need to reschedule due to:

  • Severe weather

  • Illness

  • Equipment issues

  • Travel problems

We will offer the next available date at no extra cost.
No refunds are given, but we will always act fairly.

 

7. Quality Issues

If you believe there is an issue with your delivered content:

  • You must notify us within 7 days

  • We will review the issue

  • If the issue is valid, we may offer minor adjustments or edits

  • Refunds are not offered for creative preferences

We aim to keep all clients satisfied and will collaborate on solutions.

 

8. Digital Delivery Issues

If you have trouble accessing your content:

  • We will resend via Google Drive, WeTransfer, Dropbox, or another method

  • This does not qualify for refunds
