These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Fast Lane Wraps website and the services we provide.
By booking a service, submitting an enquiry, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Fast Lane Wraps

Fast Lane Wraps (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides:

• Photo and video content shoots

• Weekly and monthly content packages

• Retainer-based content and social planning

• Creative marketing support for wrap shops and automotive businesses

Based in Wakefield, West Yorkshire.

2. Booking & Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only when:

• You have submitted your details via our website, Instagram, WhatsApp, or email

• We have agreed on a date, time, and location

• (For larger shoots or retainers) a deposit has been paid if requested

We reserve the right to decline or rearrange bookings.

 

3. Deposits & Payments

Content Shoots (2-hour or full-day shoots)

• Payment is due on the day of the shoot unless otherwise agreed

• Deposits (if taken) are non-refundable

Monthly Retainers

• Payment is due monthly in advance

• Work will begin once payment is received

Methods Accepted

• Bank transfer

• Card payment (if applicable)

• PayPal (if applicable)

• Cash (for small shoots)

 

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand things change. To keep things fair:

Client Cancellation

• Cancellations within 48 hours of the booking may be charged a 50% fee

• Same-day cancellations may be charged in full

Rescheduling

• You may request to move your date once without charge (subject to availability)

Our Cancellation

In rare cases (illness, severe weather, equipment failure), we may need to reschedule.
You will not be charged additional fees and we will offer the earliest available date.

 

5. Delivery of Content

Turnaround Times

Unless otherwise agreed:

• 2-hour shoots: delivery within 24–48 hours

• Full-day shoots: delivery within 24 hours (priority)

• Retainer clients: delivery schedule will be agreed monthly

Delivery Format

Your content will be delivered via:

• Google Drive

• WeTransfer

• Dropbox

• Or another platform agreed with you

 

6. Copyright & Usage Rights

What Fast Lane Wraps owns:

All raw footage, photos, and original files remain the property of Fast Lane Wraps.

What YOU (the client) receive:

• A royalty-free licence to use the delivered photos and videos for:

  • Social media

  • Websites

  • Google Business Profile

  • Marketing materials

Restrictions:

You may not:

• Sell the content to third parties

• Edit our videos/photos in ways that damage quality

• Claim authorship of the content

• Use the content in illegal or harmful ways

If you need extended usage rights, just ask — we’re flexible.

 

7. Raw Files

Raw photos or unedited video clips are not included unless agreed in advance.
Additional charges may apply for raw file delivery.

 

8. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the best results, you agree to:

• Provide access to the shooting location

• Ensure vehicles/areas are clean and ready

• Give accurate information about the project

• Cooperate with briefings or planning if needed

If the environment is unsafe, restricted, or unsuitable, we may pause or cancel the shoot.

 

9. Our Responsibilities

We agree to:

• Deliver high-quality, professional content

• Use reasonable skill, care, and professional equipment

• Communicate clearly before and after the shoot

• Deliver work within agreed timeframes

• Treat your team, vehicles, and property with respect

 

10. Limitation of Liability

Fast Lane Wraps is not responsible for:

• Loss of income due to delayed posting or social media issues

• Damage to vehicles not caused by our actions

• Business decisions made based on content performance

• Third-party platform failures (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

 

11. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital content services:

• Completed shoots are non-refundable

• Retainer fees are non-refundable after work has begun

• Deposits (if taken) are non-refundable

If you are ever unhappy with content delivered, we will work with you to resolve it.

 

12. Privacy

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We only use your information to communicate with you and deliver services.

 

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
Updated versions will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.
